Who can receive funding?

Institutions from Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, some regions of north-eastern Germany and non-EU countries – Norway, Belarus, some regions of Russia, mainly:

  • national, regional and local authorities,
  • research and training institutions,
  • NGOs,
  • sectoral agencies and associations,
  • enterprises (especially in the field of logistics, infrastructure, power engineering, agriculture, fishery, maritime tourism)

Private entities cannot take on the role of lead partners.

What projects are welcome?

The transnational programmes offer co-financing to operations concerning cooperation towards innovative, sustainable economy and accessible regions.

The programmes support mainly soft-type activities that create long-lasting results. It is however possible to run pilot implementation. Projects focusing solely on networking and sharing experience that do not foresee lasting results will not be funded.
