Komitet Monitorujący wybrał do dofinansowania 19 projektów tzw. “kapitału zalążkowego” (z ang. „seed money”). Łączna kwota dofinansowania z Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego wynosi 581 tys. euro. Wsparcie „seed money“ udzielane jest na przygotowanie koncepcji projektowej.

- Sludge Technological Ecological Progress - increasing the quality of sewage sludge (STEP)

- Micro-Transport by use of Electrical Power Assisted Cabin-Cycles in towns and urban neighbourhoods (MITRA)
