Registration for the Conference INTERREG changes the Baltic Sea Region. Stories that inspire

Registration for the Conference

The Ministry of Economic Development of Poland, in cooperation with the INTERREG programmes: South Baltic, Baltic Sea Region and Central Baltic as well as with the INTERACT, has the pleasure to invite you to the INTERREG Baltic Sea Conference organised within the framework of the Polish presidency of the Council of the Baltic Sea States. The event will take place on 23-24 May 2016 at the European Solidarity Centre in Gdańsk,  Poland.

The focus of the conference is to present the role of the INTERREG programmes in the development of the Baltic Sea area. If you would like to learn how international cooperation helps the people of the region to jointly take on new challenges and solve problems, we invite you to participate in the event.

The conference will be held in English. English-Polish simultaneous translation on the first day will be provided.

The first day (23.05.2016) of the meeting features, among other things:

  • panel discussions with experts and project beneficiaries in the field of environment, transport, innovation and entrepreneurship,
  • individual conversation with experts and participants and actions to facilitate the meeting of partners for future projects.

  • part I - training on how to prepare a good INTERREG project
  • part II - INTERREG project sites visit in Gdansk
  • part III – INTERREG South Baltic Programme’s session

Conference participants will have the opportunity to visit the European Solidarity Centre’s exhibition free of charge.

A confirmation message will be sent to the address provided while registering, within a few days of  registration. Please wait for confirmation before making travel arrangements. Participation in the event is free of charge. The organisers do not cover the costs of travel and accommodation
